PRODUCTION TIME
Purchase Orders: To ensure accuracy every order must be sent by fax or mail. We do not accept phone orders. All orders are acknowledged by fax through a Sales Order Confirmation (S.O.C.). Please check your S.0.C. carefully and contact us immediately with any corrections. If any corrections are required, they should be indicated on the S.O.C. and faxed back to us within 24 hrs. Otherwise they are deemed acceptable. All orders will be processed and billed as per details on our SOC. All changes to the original purchase order must be in writing. All changes are subject to all costs incurred until the date of change. When placing new orders indicate quantity, style number, color(s) and imprint color(s) to be used. Please also fax a hard copy of the artwork along with your Purchase Order (PO). All orders are subject to acceptance upon receipt.
Production Time: Standard production time is 10 working days for established accounts. Please contact us for production times on large quantity and special import orders.
Rush Service: Rush Service is available on all in stock items throughout the catalog, except for bags and phone cards. Please call factory to check stock availability. Rush Service is available for 3-Day or 1-Day production. Please add 25% to the published price for 3-Day production and 50% to the published price for 1-Day production. Production begins the day after receipt of your approved order, artwork and credit approval. Rush Service is available only to established accounts (subject to approval) for 1-color, 1-position imprint orders only.
If the order is received by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time with clean artwork (black and white) emailed to art@sunscopeusa.com, then that day is counted as business day #1. Please fax a hard copy of the artwork along with your PO (clearly indicating either 3-DAY or 1 -DAY Service requested) so we can match the artwork. No paper proofs are provided. Factory will position the artwork to look best, unless specified on the PO. Please check with factory prior to placing your order on availability of the product. No changes are allowed after the receipt of a Rush Service PO.
Imprinting Process: We offer Pad Printing, Silk Screening, Epoxy Dome, YAG/C02 Laser Engraving and Embroidery.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Set Up charges: Set Up charges are $45.00(V). For additional color or position imprint please add Set Up $45.00(V) and a running charge of $0.40(V) per piece for all the items except pens. For pens please add $0.125(V) for additional location running charge. All prices published in this catalog include a 1-color, 1-position decoration. Re-Order Set Up: $25.00(V) per color, per position. In order to avoid delays in production please specify most recent purchase order number, item color and decorating information to ensure accurate reproduction (records available for last 2 years). Exact repeat orders will be entered immediately into production. Plates/Screens which have not been used for 2 years will be disposed of unless other arrangements have been made. New Set Up charges will then be required.
Copy Changes : $45.00(V) per change.
Typesetting: For basic typesetting and/or straight-line copy please add a minimum art charge of $20.00(V) which includes a paper proof.
Paper Proof: Add $7.50(V).
Imprint Colors: All efforts will be made to match PMS colors as close as possible at no charge.
Laser Engraving & Oxidization: Standard typeset laser engraving included as shown in the catalog price. If you need a logo or additional graphics, please contact factory for costs. Most laser engraved items can be oxidized. Please add $0.30(V) for oxidization.
Product Proof Charges: Unit price plus all applicable Set Up charges. After the approval of the pre-production sample a repeat Set Up charge of $25.00 (V) per color, per position will be applicable. Factory requires a signed authorization to proceed with the order once pre-production sample is approved.
Less Than Minimum: Add $31.50 (V) per order. Factory cannot accept orders less than half of the catalog published minimums.
Batteries: Costs per piece are (V): AAA - $0.25 AA - $0.25 C - $0.40 D - $0.50 9Volt - $1.00
ARTWORK GUIDELINE
Send to: art@sunscopeusa.com Include with Artwork: Your company name, contact name and phone number. Subject field should state your Purchase Order Number. Please include a graphic of your artwork with your faxed order for official identification purposes.
We Accept: EPS, CDR, PSD, TIFF and Al formats. PC: Photoshop, Illustrator & Corel Draw Mac: Photoshop, Illustrator & QuarkXpress
Note:
Camera Ready Art: Camera ready art is high quality, sharp, black and white imagery that needs no preparation. Artwork with halftones (gradients) is accepted on an item to item basis with possibly some screen limitations or additional charges. For multi-color imprints we require pre-separated art with registration marks. A color composite must always be included for reference. If artwork requires editing add $50.00(V). Additional cost per hour is $50.00(V).
Laser Engraving: Only digital files accepted (printed media cannot be used).
Artwork Requirements: Vectorized artwork preferred in EPS and Al format. All text must be in vector outline form.
On Disk: Acceptable media includes 3.5” disks, Zip disks, CD & DVD. If needed, compress to ZIP, RAR or SIT format.
Imprint Size & Location: Unless specific instructions are stated, we will use our best judgment. Please specify imprint locations for items with multiple imprint areas. Factory will use best position for imprint if specific position is not included.
The above guidelines will help eliminate the possibility of any errors and will speed up the proofing process from China.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped FOB Los Angeles, CA. Factory ships using UPS and FedEx. Motor freight may be used in place of UPS for larger shipments. Factory must be notified if customer desires other shipping arrangements. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Split Shipments: Add $6.25 (V) per destination. Re-packing charges may be applicable.
3rd Party Billing: Any additional charges that factory will incur shall be billed accordingly.
Packaging: Most items are individually gift boxed in a 4-color printed box. Most Keychains are packed in a deluxe black box. Plastic pens are packed 25pcs per polybag as indicated in the catalog.
Product Insert: Photographs or PI’s are available for an additional charge, call factory for quotation.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Blank Merchandise: Blank Merchandise orders must meet catalog quantity published minimums and will be billed at next column pricing.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and are subject to all costs incurred until the date of cancellation.
Co-op Pricing: Please contact factory for Co-op Pricing.
Discrepancies: All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise or any other discrepancies must be notified to the factory within 5 working days after completed order is received.
Over/Under: Since it is not always possible to imprint the exact quantity ordered, it is agreed that an overrun or under run of not more than 5% will be allowed on all items ordered. All orders with overages are billable. Factory reserves the right to close sales orders where short ships occur.
Pricing: For orders falling between quantity breaks, use the smaller quantity price.
Pen Ink: All pens include our standard medium point black ink refill.
Returns and Repair Services: Merchandise found to be incorrect due to factory’s error will be replaced at no cost if returned within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. All efforts will be made to return repaired merchandise with imprint, return goods may be substituted with blank merchandise if necessary.
Sample Policy: Purchase order numbers are required for all sample orders. Sample Orders must be faxed to ensure accuracy. We do not accept verbal sample orders. All samples are shipped by ground service unless specified otherwise (please include your FedEx or UPS account number). Samples are billed at end column price plus freight charges and are non-returnable. Terms: Standard payment terms are net 30 days to approved accounts.
Phone Cards Terms & Conditions
All prices include a 4 color process (CMYK) imprinting in front of the card. Any spot colors will be charged as a special pricing item (please contact factory for details). All cards include a 12 month expiration date from issue date of 6 month expiration date from date of first use. Pay phone surchasrges apply. Prices include all telecom taxes.
All cards are for domestic calls only (originating and terminating within the Continental United States).
Standard production time is 5-7 working dats for established accounts. Please contact us for production times on large quantity and special orders.
Notes
Product Color: In certain instances product design or shade of product color may vary after printing of this catalog depending on manufacturing and it may not show the true item color due to four color process printing. All logos shown on products featured in this catalog are for illustration purposes only.
